Refund policy

At Howdywood, each product is made to order with care, and we stand by the quality of our apparel and accessories. Because of the nature of our production process and to maintain fair pricing for all customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons related to customer preferences, including size, color, or change of mind.

We will gladly replace or refund items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [howdy@howdywood.shop] with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. Once we review and approve your request, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund. Items returned without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage or defect, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies for replacement or refund upon inspection of the submitted evidence.

Please note that slight variations in color, print placement, and sizing may occur due to the nature of on-demand production and are not considered defects. We encourage customers to review our sizing charts carefully before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase, as we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
